As Chef of the People, my goal is to make you the expert on your own body and empower you to make your own health decisions. It always bothers me when the people I pay for healing just recite information I could get from a book or think they know what is best for my body. Only you know what is best for you. I am simply an awesome guide with loads of experience that makes it fun and easy to figure it out. Forget paying some guru tons of money to fix you, you are your own guru! As the old saying goes, "Make you raw mozzarella, you eat for a day. Show you how to make raw mozzarella, you eat for life!" All the services I offer are based on this philosophy of giving power back to the people.

-NEW SPECIAL Farmer's Market Tours: How bad do you want to be my Sous Chef? Accompany me on a trip to any one of the Santa Monica farmer's markets (Wednesday 8am, Venice Friday 8 am, Saturday 8 am, Sunday 8:30) and I will show you all my secret spots and answer your burning questions including: How do I know if a farm is truly organic or not? Are those eggs really free-range? Where do the farmers keep the hidden, special food? COST: $60 gets you a FREE CUSTOM COTP T-Shirt, a tour AND you become an honorary lifetime Sous Chef Of The People where you can then accompany me to any farmers market for free!

-Nutritional and Food Consultations: Every person is different and has specific factors that influence what their diet and lifestyle should be. This includes, where you live, how much money you make, how busy you are and more. You and I spend an hour and a half together discussing these factors and custom fit a program for you. Includes, comprehensive assessment, recipes, free follow up calls and a complimentary farmers market tour. $200

-Private Chefing, live out:
Adapting your diet is a wonderfully complex adventure. Having me as a guide makes it even more fun. I prepare tasty and nutrient-dense meals according to your specific needs. Includes shopping at local farmers markets and specialty food shops and nutritional consultation. I am extremely picky and knowledgeable about the quality of food that I serve my clients. You eat what I eat, custom tailored to your needs. I only work with those who have a passionate desire to eat life to the fullest and are dealing with chronic diseases i.e. Cancer, Crohn's, AIDS etc. $50 an hour minimum for live out. Variable for live in. SCHEDULE FULL UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

-Personal Shopping: Have me fill your fridge with the best foods from local farmers markets and specialty food stores. Chocolate mint, arucana chicken eggs, raw coconut cream are just a few of the delectable items that you can have. $50 an hour

-Writing and Public Speaking: I have over 8 years of adventures in the alternative health field and I have plenty to say. Notable experiences include; living and working with an Amish family on an organic farm, lobbying Capitol Hill to make raw dairy legal federally, cooking and nutritionally consulting drug addicts and alcoholics in one of Malibu's most exclusive rehabilitation centers, cooking for cancer patients and more. Rates variable.

-Recipe Development: $500 per recipe. I will develop exclusive recipes for you. Past clients include Honey Pacifica Honey (www.honeypacifica.com) and www.myfoodmyhealth.com
